REGISTRATION INFORMATION

WHO MAY ATTEND
Registration is open to all members of The Embroiderers' Guild of America, Inc. Members of the New England Region will be given preference in class selection until February 1.

REGISTRATION DATES
You may register right now! All registrations postmarked on or before January 10 will be treated as first day priority for Region members. Registrations must be accompanied by check or money order in U.S. funds. Enrollment will be open to all EGA members on February 1. Registration closes on April 4.

REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee of $175 includes your two-day class tuition, Friday evening ice cream social, Saturday and Sunday lunches, Saturday banquet, a seminar pin and hand worked nametag.

Registration fee does NOT include hotel room, meals other than those listed, class materials, or kit fees.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment is to be made by check or money order in the full amount payable to NER/EGA SEMINAR 2003. Only U.S. funds can be accepted.

CONFIRMATION NOTICE
Class assignments will be mailed after March 7 in the SASE provided by the participant. The kit fee is due by March 31. We will make every effort to place you in the class you request. Class assignment is final and cannot be changed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your registration fee, less $25, will be returned if you cancel in writing prior to April 4. Cancellation after that date will result in loss of all fees paid.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
You will have to make your hotel reservations directly with the hotel. Seminar 2003 will be headquartered at the Farmington Marriott Hotel

You may make your reservations at the Farmington Marriott Hotel by calling (800) 228-9290, or (860) 678-1000. Be sure to identify yourself as a NER/EGA Seminar participant to get the special rates of $99 plus tax per night for double occupancy. This rate applies for several days before and after the seminar if you choose to extend your stay.

Reservations must be made on or before April 11. Our group discount cannot be guaranteed after this date.

ROOMMATE
If you need a roommate, please indicate this on the registration form and enclose an additional SASE. You will be mailed a list of other registrants needing a roommate. You may make your own arrangements.

SPECIAL MEDICAL NEEDS
If you have special medical needs relating to accommodations, please handle this directly with the hotel when you make your reservations.
