 Chapter News
Please welcome our newest members – Mary Elomaa and Winta Hay.
From our Outreach Chair, Kathryn Lord –- Pequot Colony Stitchers, down on the shoreline,
has arranged with the Groton Public Library to mount a display of CRVC work in April 2024.
It will be installed on April 1, 2024 and uninstalled on April 30, 2024.  Anyone interested in
lending their work for this exhibit is urged to let Stephanie Thorp
(stephthorp@sbcglobal.net) know asap, and either to send
your items to her (1227 Flanders Road, Mystic, CT 06355) or to
Thistle Needleworks in Wethersfield, CT
where Stephanie will plan to pick them up by March 25, 2024.

Please also send the following information to Kathryn Lord (hglord@cox.net)
by March 1, 2024 so that she can make up the cards that will go with the displayed items.

 - Stitcher's name
 - Title of the piece, if there is one
 - Designer's name, if known
 - Publisher's information.
 - Whether or not the piece was an EGA project.

Also please note that there is not suitable space for large pieces.  Anything smaller than
(horizontal) 18x12 or (vertical) 12x18 should work.  It would be nice to show a variety of
techniques as well as a variety of purposes; e.g., a couple of pillows, bookmarks, wall
displays...we're very versatile!

After the exhibit has been dismantled, Stephanie will send your work back to you if you mailed it
to her, or return it to Thistle Needleworks if that's where she picked it up.
